Are you getting enough support from your friends, family and your community?
If the answer is NO, think about the following questions:

Are there certain people who are good at helping you make the changes you want? If yes, can you spend more time with them/ speak to them more often?

List some people who will support you with your goal

How can the community help?

Do you have any local support groups that you can go to?

Are there things in your community you can get
involved with?
